Passivhaus in Valencia

ra[ ]el arquitectura + Estudio 2.0

These two single-family homes with a symmetrical design and a common façade have become the first homes built with the Passivhaus Plus certificate in the Autonomous Community of Valencia.

The project, carried out by ra[ ]el Arquitectura, stands out for the functionality of all its spaces. Each home is arranged facing a courtyard that provides light all year round and its interior has been designed with meticulous detail. All the carpentry and interior furniture, impeccable and made to measure, has been installed by our distributor Estudio 2.0.

The furniture in the day area is integrated into the walls as a single block that creates functionality and dynamism in the room. Our home collection is ideal for this type of highly personalised project since it can be made to measure and allows free compositions. The bathroom furniture from the Zero series brings a warm touch to the bathrooms. One in Natural Elm laminate and the other in rustic Oak wood, they bring that natural touch that contrasts with the neutrality of the spaces.

An astonishing project, from the façade to the interior, and above all for the way it respects the environment. One of the first homes of the future.
