The project consists in making a musician’s studio coexist with his home. Located in a residential area near Valencia, where the neighbouring houses are very close.
Fran Silvestre Arquitectos created a semi-buried ground floor for the recording studio with very carefully controlled acoustics. The area for use during the day is distributed in a common space, where the kitchen-living room is open to the garden and the swimming pool. The kitchen furniture in Serie 45 in the colour Skylark stands out due to the purity of the surrounding materials. A striking island and wall units are the only pieces of furniture in the room.
On this floor they create the night area, hidden from view but with interior patios that make it possible to enjoy the light and silence.
