This upper attic located in the Sarrià-Sant Gervasi neighbourhood is designed to have a direct view of the exterior, over the adjoining rooftops.
The boundaries between rooms created by sliding doors generate open spaces during the day with natural light coming into the interior. The Dica product range runs throughout the house, creating a uniform style with neutral colours and elegant materials. The kitchen, living room, bathrooms and bedrooms create a relaxed atmosphere throughout the home.
Dica has received a grant co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund for the project to carry out the following actions:
- “MACHINERY, INSTALLATIONS AND TRANSPORT ELEMENTS”. This project contributes to Objective “OT3. TO ACHIEVE A MORE COMPETITIVE BUSINESS FABRIC” of the La Rioja 2014-2020 ERDF Operational Programme.
- “CONSTRUCTION OF LOGISTICS WAREHOUSE WITH LOADING BAYS, AIR CONDITIONING, FIRE SAFETY PLAN AND URBANIZATION OF THE INTERIOR PLOT, NEW CUTTING MACHINE, SMART WAREHOUSE AND CUTTING MACHINE AND SMART WAREHOUSE FACILITIES” from the La Rioja 2014-2020 ERDF Operational Programme and specifically with additional funds as part of the European Union’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
