Materia Prima

Located in one of the most exclusive areas of San José, Costa Rica, this home unfolds across more than three levels, offering spectacular views over the Central Valley. A project by Materia Prima that embraces pure lines and a minimalist aesthetic, with spaces designed to connect with the landscape and allow the surrounding scenery to take centre stage.

The Serie 45 in Negro Fénix brings a refined and understated expression to the interior, blending naturally with the architecture of the home. Its clean lines and distinctive finish reinforce the contemporary character of the project, creating a balanced dialogue between design, architecture and nature.

A project where the simplicity of the spaces and the depth of the surrounding landscape come together to create a timeless home.
