The Dica project expands with the building of new headquarters.
A new space in which to grow with a vision towards the future.
The new premises increase the space dedicated to manufacturing and expand our production capacity. In addition, they house a central office building that will allow us to expand our team, and a showroom dedicated to our collections.
Our new headquarters is a manifesto of progress and sustainability, where every detail reflects our essence, creating a space that inspires and projects our vision of the future and redefines the relationship between architecture and business purpose.
Rafael Moneo takes charge of the architectural project.
Rafael Moneo has designed our new headquarters, where the importance of the human scale can be appreciated in every step, in every corner. The subtle, serene and reflective style of the prestigious architect is present throughout the space. The construction work is progressing under the watchful eye of Rafael Moneo and our team.
Architecture and dialogue.
Every architectural decision reflects the dialogue between Rafael Moneo and Dica, a collaboration that integrates our essence with a contemporary and sustainable architectural approach.
The interior of the headquarters building is being designed to create an environment that maximises comfort and promotes well-being. Materials such as stained oak and aluminium create a welcoming environment and reflect a meticulous attention to detail, linking with the interior furnishings and creating a visual continuity that reinforces our identity.
Inspiring spaces that reflect our vision.
The 1,600 square metre showroom will showcase the elegance and functionality that define our furniture; while the logistics and storage halls will allow us to expand our manufacturing capacity, optimising time and processes. Every detail, from the offices to the landscaped exteriors, is designed to reflect our vision of the contemporary home.

Dica has received a grant co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund for the project to carry out the following actions:
- “MACHINERY, INSTALLATIONS AND TRANSPORT ELEMENTS”. This project contributes to Objective “OT3. TO ACHIEVE A MORE COMPETITIVE BUSINESS FABRIC” of the La Rioja 2014-2020 ERDF Operational Programme.
- “CONSTRUCTION OF LOGISTICS WAREHOUSE WITH LOADING BAYS, AIR CONDITIONING, FIRE SAFETY PLAN AND URBANIZATION OF THE INTERIOR PLOT, NEW CUTTING MACHINE, SMART WAREHOUSE AND CUTTING MACHINE AND SMART WAREHOUSE FACILITIES” from the La Rioja 2014-2020 ERDF Operational Programme and specifically with additional funds as part of the European Union’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
