Dica is committed to respecting the privacy of the user. Therefore, Dica has adopted the levels of protection of personal data legally required, based on Royal Decree 994/1999, which approves the implementing regulation on security measures for the protection of personal data. It also endeavours to use all the additional technical means of protection at its disposal.

As a general rule, to contact Dica it will be necessary to provide personal data through a form.

Dica offers two types of service:

1. Information services, which provide citizens, media, companies, administrations and other data controllers with easy and effective access to information, thereby increasing transparency and understanding of Dica’s policies and activities.
2. Interactive communication services, which enable better contacts with citizens, media, companies, civil society and public actors and thus facilitate consultations on Dica initiatives and policies.

Conditions of Use

• Use of the www.dica.es website is governed by the regulations established in this legal notice. By using this website, you accept the terms of use.
• www.dica.es and all the material it contains belong to the company Dica, registered in the Mercantile Register of La Rioja, Volume 243, Folio 79, Page LO-334, Registration 1, dated 09-02-1991, with address at Carretera Logroño-Zaragoza, number 9, Rincón de Soto (La Rioja), and email address info@dica.es.
• The www.dica.es website, or any part thereof, may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold or exploited for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without express permission from our company.
• Modifying materials or using them for other purposes constitutes a violation of the copyright and other registered trademark laws.
• For legal reasons, Dica may and will provide authorities with as much information as required in compliance with Spanish law upon receipt of the corresponding court order, which can only be granted if the judge has well-founded suspicions that the user is involved in illegal activities.
